We don’t charge our clients for speaking with us and we don’t charge for consultations or retainers. We are contingent fee, which means we are paid by taking a percentage of the money we obtain for our clients.

Will I have to go to court?

Every case is different, and a lawsuit may be necessary to get a just result, depending on the facts of the case. If filing a lawsuit is necessary, we work closely with our clients to make the process as understandable as possible.

What if the other party does not have insurance?

If the negligent party does not have insurance, we will investigate other recovery options, including collection via other assets and underinsured or uninsured insurance if available.

How is fault determined in Washington State?

Fault is determined based on the facts of each case, including witness statements and police investigations and reports. It is important to gather as much evidence as possible early in the case, to preserve evidence and speak with witnesses while the incident is still fresh in their minds.

What should I do after an incident occurs?

Contact the authorities, witnesses and an attorney. Preserve as much evidence as possible and contact the police for an investigation and report if possible.
